“The Next Generation Leadership and Team Development Programme”
A ten day leadership course with follow up laser coaching session for each manager - £10,000 (+ reasonable expenses)
This programme is designed to equip leaders and managers in the business with the skills to deliver current and future roles, to ensure succession within the business, and to maximise performance and potential at individual, team and organisational levels.
Sessions (over 1 or 2 days) cover:

Courses are held at a date and venue of your choice - often on your company premises.
What can participants expect?
There'll be plenty of time for group interaction and the chance to ask the trainer specific questions. The environment will be relaxed and friendly with the opportunity to exchange ideas and also learn from each other. Places are generally limited to a maximum of 10 (minimum 4) to ensure a personalised service (but this may be negotiable.)
Meet your main Trainer – Julie Johnson
Julie has worked in public and private sector organisations in a variety of management roles over the past 20 years, and currently runs her own company. She has worked with all levels of management in organisations of all sizes across the voluntary, public and private sectors. Julie is passionate about helping people take the lead in their own lives and work, and she specialises in supporting managers and leaders at all levels to work to their full potential, and encourage and support their direct reports to do the same. Julie has experienced the reality of leading from different perspectives, and her approach, as a result, is practical, grounded in reality and very enthusiastic!
Julie will be supported by expert facilitators in the sessions on “ Return on Investment and Business Growth” and “Delivering Quality & Adding Value to Customers”

How much is all this?
£10,000. Venue and refreshment costs to be met by the company. The Leadership Coaching Company can source suitable venues if necessary.
