One of the biggest frustrations I see and hear today from managers at all levels is that they know they’re not getting the best from themselves or their staff, but that they’re not sure what to do about it or even where to start. That may be because subconsciously they’re demotivated, unclear or conflicted, so they end up sabotaging themselves; or, it may be because they’ve not laid the foundations in terms of being authentic, demonstrating personal integrity and developing trusting relationships.
