Case Study#1
1 company director was planning to spend £7,000 on new software and the development of a website when she agreed to undertake the Leadership Review.
The Review highlighted to the Director that she would benefit from doing more work on business strategy so that the website and new software formed part of a defined marketing plan set up to deliver the overall business strategy.
She realised that a more joined up approach to addressing company needs was required and that budgeting and return on investment would be enhanced by this approach.
She is now looking forward to a minimum tenfold return on her £7,000 investment which she will achieve through clarity, focus and tighter measures and controls.
Case Study#2
The Leadership Review helped this MD quantify the budget needed for his own development and for additional business support. It also allowed him to build into his business plan, and explore how and where the money would come from.
